Freshwater Fish Replacement Policy

There are no money discounts on any Fish buy.
Saltwater Fish are NOT ensured.
Freshwater Fish will be supplanted or an in-store credit will be given in case of the fishes passing with 14 DAYS of procurement subject to the accompanying circumstances:
- We are given the first deals receipt
- We are given the dead fish
- We are given an aquarium water test in a perfect compartment separate from the holder the dead fish is in.
- Freshwater Fish will be supplanted ONE TIME for nothing with the accompanying exemptions where NO substitution will be made:
- Water tests unveil abundance smelling salts, nitrite, or chlorine, ill-advised pH levels, or insufficient broke up oxygen.
- Balance, tail or scale harm demonstrate that demise was brought about by an assailant.
In-store credit slips may not be reclaimed for cash nor can lost or taken in-store credit slips be supplanted.
Dry Goods Return and Exchange Policy

Return or trade should be made in the span of 30 days of the date of procurement and should be joined by the first deals receipt and all unique bundling.
Upon assessment, we will supplant, fix, or discount the expense of the item. We are not liable for any thing which has been manhandled, unaccounted for pieces, or utilized in an application not reasonable for the item, or a thing justified straight by the producer.
Discount will be made in a similar way in which the item was initially paid for; i.e., money, check, or charge/check card.
Stock returned without the first deals receipt won't be discounted.
In-store credit slips may not be reclaimed for cash nor can lost or taken in-store credit slips be supplanted.
